2006 BBC JAZZ AWARDS NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED
The 2006 BBC Jazz Awards will be held on 17th July and will feature Quincy Jones, Jools Holland and Jamie Cullum. The immense contribution to jazz made by the veteran Jones will be recognised with a Lifetime
Achievement Jazz Award and Ian Carr will be similarly acknowledged with the Services To Jazz In The UK Award.
