The hugely talented ballad singer did not record many albums in her sadly foreshortened career (she died of cancer aged 46) and few have been converted to the CD format.
Imbued with both emotional range and exquisite subtlety, Kral is on top form throughout this 1958 mix of well known and now largely forgotten songs and very comfortable in front of one of the leading orchestras of the day.
