Not every album that Cannonball Adderley made was great but they were never less than very good. This 1967 follow-up to the major hit Mercy Mercy Mercy does not quite hit the same heights but contains the requisite full-on Adderley quota of exuberant hard-bop.

A mix of band originals and compositions from Roebuck Staples and Curtis Fuller along with a couple of bonus tracks by Jimmy Heath make this a very pleasing and enjoyable set.

  Track Listing :
Introduction; Mini Mama; I'm On My Way; Why Am I Treated So Bad!; One For Newk; Yvette; The Other Side; The Scene; (bonus tracks) Heads Up! Feet Down!; The Girl Next Door.

Personnel :
Cannonball Adderley (alto sax); Nat Adderley (cornet); Joe Zawinul (piano); Victor Gaskin (bass); Roy McCurdy (drums).
