Ben Webster came to Europe in 1964 and never returned to the USA – he settled down in Denmark, often visited Holland, and was buried in Denmark.
Webster made a lot of recordings with local European and visiting American musicians. These tracks, mainly recorded in Denmark and Finland, feature some of the very best.
